Local Delivery Policy (via Third-Party Drivers)
Housebar offers convenient local delivery, powered by trusted third-party platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and others. While these services dispatch our drivers, your order and customer experience remain directly with Housebar.
Delivery Requirements
- An adult 21+ with valid ID must be present to receive deliveries that include alcohol.
- If no adult is available, the driver cannot complete the delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply.
Order Issues
- If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact Housebar within 2 hours of delivery at ourhouse@housebar.com or contacting your local store directly.
- Photographic documentation may be requested to help us resolve quality concerns.
Refunds & Adjustments
- Refunds, replacements, and adjustments are handled directly by Housebar.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method.
Delivery Timing
- Delivery windows are subject to driver availability and may vary by time of day.
- We’ll provide real-time updates once your order is dispatched.
