Delivery Policy

Local Delivery Policy (via Third-Party Drivers)

Housebar offers convenient local delivery, powered by trusted third-party platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and others. While these services dispatch our drivers, your order and customer experience remain directly with Housebar.


Delivery Requirements

  1. An adult 21+ with valid ID must be present to receive deliveries that include alcohol.
  2. If no adult is available, the driver cannot complete the delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply.


Order Issues

  1. If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact Housebar within 2 hours of delivery at ourhouse@housebar.com or contacting your local store directly.
  2. Photographic documentation may be requested to help us resolve quality concerns.


Refunds & Adjustments

  1. Refunds, replacements, and adjustments are handled directly by Housebar.
  2. Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method.


Delivery Timing

  1. Delivery windows are subject to driver availability and may vary by time of day.
  2. We’ll provide real-time updates once your order is dispatched.
