1. Legal Drinking Age

  1. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol through Housebar.
  2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that a valid government-issued ID will be presented at delivery or pickup.


2. Orders & Payment

  1. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or non-compliance with age laws).
  3. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Delivery of alcohol requires an adult 21+ with valid ID to be present.
  2. If no adult is available, the order cannot be completed and re-delivery fees may apply.

4. Returns & Refunds

All returns and exchanges are subject to the terms outlined below and must comply with applicable state and federal regulations. Original receipt and valid identification are required for all transactions.

Alcoholic Beverages

Eligible for Return:

  1. Unopened bottles and cans in original condition within thirty (30) days of purchase
  2. Products with manufacturing defects or quality issues
  3. Items sold in error by store personnel

Ineligible for Return:

  1. Any opened alcoholic beverages
  2. Special orders or custom requests
  3. Products purchased more than thirty (30) days prior
  4. Items with damaged or missing original packaging

Food Products

  1. Perishable Items: Returns accepted within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of purchase if items remain unopened and have been properly stored according to manufacturer specifications.
  2. Non-Perishable Items: Returns accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase if items remain unopened and in original packaging.

Excluded Items: Opened food products, prepared deli items, and custom orders cannot be returned due to health code regulations.

Third-Party Delivery Services

For orders placed through delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.):

  1. Customers must first contact the respective delivery platform for order issues
  2. Missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within two (2) hours of delivery
  3. Photographic documentation may be required for quality claims
  4. Refunds are processed through the original delivery platform
  5. Alcohol-related delivery issues require immediate reporting due to regulatory compliance

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

  1. Products with manufacturing defects will be accepted for return or exchange regardless of time limitations
  2. Items sold beyond their expiration date are eligible for full refund
  3. Gift purchases may be exchanged for store credit with valid gift receipt

Health and Safety Compliance

The store reserves the right to refuse any return that may compromise health and safety standards. All returned food items are disposed of in accordance with local health department regulations and cannot be resold.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within three (3) to five (5) business days for electronic payments.

  1. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and availability, but cannot guarantee that product details are error-free.
  2. Limited-release items (including Housebar Barrel Program products) are subject to availability and may sell out quickly.

  2. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.
