Shipping Policy

We’re excited to share our spirits with you! Please review the details below before placing your order:


Delivery Timeline

  1. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery from the time of purchase.
  2. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Adult Signature Required

  1. By law, an adult 21+ must be present to sign for deliveries that include alcohol.
  2. Carriers will make 2–3 attempts to deliver before returning the package to us.


Returned Packages

  1. If a package is returned because delivery attempts were unsuccessful, a $15 re-shipping fee will apply.
  2. Refunds in this instance will not include the original shipping cost.


Shipping Information

  1. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  2. If there’s an issue, reach out to ourhouse@housebar.com right away.
  3. Once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to update the address.


Shipping Restrictions

  1. Orders may only be shipped within the United States.
  2. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  3. Shipping availability may vary based on state regulations.


Weather Holds

  1. Extreme heat or cold can affect spirits in transit. For quality and safety, we may place a temporary weather hold on shipments until conditions improve. We’ll keep you informed if this affects your order.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  1. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
  2. If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
